Attorney Christian Simpson of Richmond, VA; cheerleader for attorney felons

The state of Virginia presented Christian Levine Simpson with a law license in 200 after he graduated from the College of William & Mary School of Law.

In one matter, Christian decided to play the part of a character witness for convicted felon, attorney Steven Helm. For further information on the criminal conduct that involved theft of client funds and fraud visit the URL listed at the end of this article.

In his support of Helm the Felon, Christian had the chutzpah to agree that Helm had proven clear and convincing evidence that he is a person of honest demeanor and good moral character and that he possessed the requisite fitness to practice law.

Christian made his comedic and asinine findings despite the fact that it was brought to his attention that at the time of Helm’s reinstatement hearing, he owed a significant amount of money to his ex-wife for back support.

How is it possible for a convicted thief and fraudster to be a person of good moral character?

Apparently, Christian is of the opinion that Mr. Helm had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Christian practices with Commonwealth Accident Injury Law PC at 1108 East Main Street in Richmond, Virginia.
