Attorney John McNally of Norfolk, VA; serial check bouncer

The state of Virginia presented Christopher Paul Reagan with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Second District Subcommittee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
  • Wrote at least fifteen (15) checks on insufficient funds account [rubber]
  • Improperly used his trust account as her personal bank account for over five years
  • Used funds from office trust account to purchase products for his automotive parts business

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Johnny practices with John J. McNally PC in Norfolk, Virginia.
