Today’s Judicial Misfit is Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia  
Unfortunately, the Georgia Supreme Court presented Michael Malihi with a law license in Dec 1991 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.
Even more unfortunate, was Malihi’s appointment to the bench by then Gov. Zell Miller in 1995.
In addition to being a certified moron, Judge Michael Malihi has dedicated his adult life to porking out at the public trough. Apparently, no respectable law firm in the Atlanta area was about to offer Malihi a decent paying job.
Judge Malihi is sitting on a “birther” case wherein Obama’s citizenship is being attacked by a bunch of screwballs, some of whom actually don’t believe Hawaii is a state.
On of the complainants in the case is a certified nutcase by the name of Orly Taitz (aka, Bither Queen). This is the same idiot t hat was recently fined $20,000 by a Georgia court for filing a frivolous lawsuit claiming Obama was not born in the United States.
Judge Malihi’s intellect is on the same level as that of Orly Taitz. Put simply, their cumulative I.Q. is a tad lower than the legal speed limit for semi-trucks on I-75 in Atlanta.
In a lame attempt at levity, Judge Malihi issued a subpoena requiring Obama to appear in his Georgia court. Clearly, Malihi missed his calling as a standup comedian.
Judge Malihi and his Georgia court have no personal jurisdiction over Obama in ordering his personal appearance to ostensibly prove he’s an American Citizen.
Maybe there should be an Order requiring Judge Malihi to appear at a hearing to prove that he’s not a certified nutcase like his birther Queen friend Orly Taitz. Now, there’s a hearing I’d like to attend! How about you?
The good citizens and taxpayers of Georgia should be thoroughly pissed at Judge Malihi’s absurd conduct. After all, there the one’s paying for this absurdity.
