Former Judge Thomas Taylor of Belmont, NC; moronic loser

The state of North Carolina presented Thomas G. Taylor with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission on Judicial Performance found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as Judicial District 27A Judge in Guilford County.

  • Displayed serious disregard for the principles of personal conduct
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to personally observe standards of conduct
  • Failed to be faithful to the law
  • Failed to maintain competence in the law (moron)
  • Failed to afford everyone coming before him the opportunity to be heard (due process)

Apparently, Tommy was of the opinion that "due process" was the means by which the grass became mosit in the am.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Tommy practices his brand of law at 214 North Street in Belmont, North Carolina.
