Attorney Ashton Pully Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Ashton Harris Pully Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Second District Disciplinary Subcommittee found Ashton guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Wrote check that left client trust account short of required funds
• Failed to comply with the recordkeeping and reconciliation requirements
• Improperly used his trust account as his personal checking account by issuing payments to third parties for personal expenses.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Ashton by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Ashton practices at 124 South Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
