Attorney Jarred Freeman of Edison, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Jarred S. Freeman with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jarred guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide by client decisions concerning scope/objectives of the representation
  • Failed to advise client of status of matter
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to a third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jarred by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Jarred practices at 3840 Park Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.
