Attorney Nino Falcone of North Bergen, NJ; liar, repeat offender

 

The state of New Jersey presented Nino F. Falcone with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Nino guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Nino’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nino by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Nino’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Made misrepresentations [lied] in letter to lender in closing statement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nino by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Nino practices at 7807 Bergenline Avenue in North Bergen, New Jersey.
