Attorney Miles Feinstein of Clifton, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Miles R. Feinstein with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Miles guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to enter into written fee agreement with client
  • Failure to provide written agreement to client created substantial misunderstanding between Miles and the client regarding his claimed fee and costs

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Miles by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Miles practices at 1135 Clifton Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey.
