Attorney Philip Feintuch of Jersey City, NJ; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Jersey presented Philip Feintuch with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligent misappropriation [theft] of client trust funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Violated various recordkeeping rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Phil practices with Feintuch, Porwich & Feintuch at 721 Newark Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey.

It should be noted that Phil’s law firm fails to disclose the aforementioned misconduct on its self-serving website at www.feintuchlawyer.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal said highly relevant information from prospective clients in order to not limit their future victim pool.
