Attorney Franklyn Taylor of Toronto, CAN; repeat offender

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Franklyn Scott Taylor with a law license in 2003.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Frankie!) regarding the submission of at least five (5) complaints that had been lodged against him during a three-year period of time

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Frankie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Frankie practices with the Taylor Law Firm PC at 801-40 Holly Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
