Attorney Gregory Scheiderer of Cleveland, OH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio provided Gregory Charles Scheiderer with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Directed attorney Hollingsworth to misrepresent the basis for her calls to a client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Never attempted to obtain permission from attorney to contact that attorney’s client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Greg is an associate with Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease  LLP at 200 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
