Attorney Daniel T. Streeter, Jr. of Los Angeles; repeat offender, moron 
The California Supreme Court presented Daniel T. Streeter, Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
Danny has been found guilty of misconduct by the State Bar on more than one occasion.
Danny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree - 2006
Danny was found guilty of failing to maintain required balances in his trust account. He was also guilty of failing to pay medical provider bills for clients for more than three years even though he received the funds to pay them earlier. He also failed to respond to some of his clients’ inquiries about the status of their cases.
As punishment for his misconduct, the Bar Court placed Danny on probation for one year.

In his 2nd trip to the Misfit Tree, the Bar Court found Danny guilty of:
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a 30-day suspension.
It should be noted that in November 2011, the Bar Court filed additional charges against Danny Boy. We’ll have to wait and see what he’s found guilty of this time.
Danny’s non-punishment further proves that Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then we are.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Danny practices law at 137 N. Larchmont Blvd. in Los Angeles.
