Judge Richard Schwind of Rolling Meadows, IL; bigoted porker

The state Illinois presented Richard Denis Schwind with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

First and foremost, it should be noted the Dick has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty-two (42) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Chicago area was about to offer Dick a good paying job.

In one matter, Dick the Bigot was assigned to preside over the case of Deon Lindsey, a 31-year-old African American from the northwest suburbs of Chicago who was convicted in a misdemeanor battery case. (Dan Mihalopoulos)

While presiding over the Lindsey matter, Dick made the following statements to Mr. Lindsey.

  • “You were never a slave.”
  • “You take offense to a word that — you, you were never a slave, but you take offense to it.”

As a consequence of his bigoted comments, Chief Judge Timothy Evans, placed Dick on administrative duty, meaning he will not be presiding over any criminal and/or civil cases.

The taxpayers of Illinois and Chicago are made to pay Dick the Bigot a yearly judicial salary of $192,000. He also collects a state pension of $57,000 and a Cook County pension of about $21,000 from the county.

Therefore, Dick is collecting $270,000 a year for performing administrative [clerical] duties. This means that the taxpayers are being made to pay Dick $5,192 a week, which equates to a daily wage of $1,038. Who said being an incompetent bigot doesn’t pay well in Chicago?

All that remains now is to see what if any action is taken by the comedians and enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board regarding Dick’s misconduct.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Dick continues to be employed as a Cook County criminal court judge in Rolling Meadow, Illinois.
