Justice Rick Libman of Toronto, CAN; lazy loser

The state Canadian Law Society presented Rick Libman with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the Osgood Hall School of Law

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Contributed to culture of complacency besetting Canada’s criminal-justice system
  • Would quite for the day at 4 in the afternoon
  • Closing court early led to witnesses waiting in hallway to testify
  • Two witnesses who witnesses eventually testified for roughly a half-hour in total – at a cost of two months and five days of delay in finding another court date when the prosecution and defense lawyers were available

As a direct consequence of his misconduct and overall laziness, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Judge Libman by issuing him a complimentary rebuke.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Judge Libman continues to sit a Court of Justice judge in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
