Judge Amy Nickerson of Chestertown, MD; lying drunk

The Commission on Judicial Disabilities is investigating Amy for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested for driving under the influence (DUI)
• Charged with speeding
• Found guilty of reckless and negligent driving
• Improperly used her judicial position when stopped by police for DUI
• Failed to comply with the law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct perceived to be coercive (stating judicial position to arresting officer)
• Lied to arresting officer that cup in her cup contained club soda when in fact it was vodka

All that remains now is to see what if any action the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Counsel takes against Bobby’s judgeship and/or his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Amy continues to sit as a Kent County Orphan’s Court judge (when sober) in Chestertown, Maryland.
