Judge Mary Reese of Ellicott City, MD; moronic slacker

The state Maryland presented Mary Cecelia Reese with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Disabilities found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made inappropriate and unprofessional statements from the bench
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly and impartially when dealing with parties coming before her
• Exhibited bias/prejudice against various individuals appearing in her so-called court
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
• Failed to afford everyone appearing before her the right to be heard (due process)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct and lying, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Mary continues to sit as a Howard County District Court judge in Ellicott City, Maryland.
