Attorney Jonathan Altman of West Chester, PA; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jonathan F. Altman with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law in Louisiana.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relationship with female client
• Engaged in improper financial dealing with client during his representation of her
• Loaned client he was involved with sexually to fix up her home so she could sell it
• Hired ex-clients to do landscaping and other work on client’s home
• Allowed client he was having sex with to use his credit card to make purchases related to the home repair
• Eventually demanded that client he was having sex with pay him more than $30,000 in an unsubstantiated loan
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Poses a risk to current and potential clients
• Denigrated the integrity of the profession

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
