Attorney Joseph Wrona of Park City, UT; ethical gnome

The state of Utah presented Joseph E. Wrona with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Secured judgment against his former client on behalf of client he was presently representing
• Provided former client with legal advice while former client’s interests were adverse to his present client
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Eddie failed to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.wdlawfirm.com. Apparently, Joeyfelt it necessary to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.
