Attorney Miles LeBaron of Layton, UT; slacker, loser

The state of Utah presented Miles LeBaron with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Brigham Young University School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Miles guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to provide the clients with copies of the defendant’s discovery requests and missed the deadline for responding
  • Missing discovery response deadline led the defendant o file a Motion for Summary Judgement and a request for the Court to deem requested admissions to be admitted as being true
  • Failure to respond to defendant’s discovery requests led to clients case being dismissed
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
  • Failed to consult with clients regarding important matters in their case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Miles by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Miles failed to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.Lebaronjenen.com. Apparently, Miles felt it necessary to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Miles practices with LeBaron & Jensen PC at 476 West Heritage Park Blvd in Layton, Utah.
