Attorney Stephen Carrigan of Corpus Christi, TX; ethical goblin

The State of Texas presented Stephen Paul Carrigan with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The 28th District Court of Nueces County found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client or third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Stevie failed to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.carrigananderson.com. Apparently, Stevie chose to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Stevie practices with Carrigan & Anderson PLLC at 101 North Shoreline Blvd in Corpus Christi, Texas.
