Attorney John Davis of Crown Point, IN; ethical dwarf

The State of Indiana presented John H. Davis with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Indiana School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with Court of Appeal rules
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Johnny practices in Crown Point, Indiana.
