Attorney Nahshon Dart of Loveland, CO; slacker, loser

The state of Colorado provided Nahshon Joshua Dart with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found Josh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to inform client the court dismissed her case for noncompliance with discovery orders
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client court had awarded attorney fees against her

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Josh by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.
