Attorney Joseph Lee III of Roanoke, VA; lying loser

The state of Virginia presented Joseph Willis Lee with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a prosecutor.

• Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing counsel/party
• Lied to defense attorney that state’s witness never acted as paid informant for the state
• Failed to comply with mandated discovery requests from opposing party

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Joey practices at 4502 Autumn Lane in Roanoke, Virginia.
