The Virginia State Bar filed misconduct charges against Jimmy. Those charges are as follows:
  1. Failure to timely file notices of appeal thereby causing harm to a client
  2. Failing to file the required trial transcript with the Court of Appeals
  3. Failed to advise a client that her appeal had been dismissed
  4. Failed to advise a client of all available remedies to pursue an appeal after it was dismissed due to Jimmy’s gross negligence
  5. Failed to timely file leave to file a delayed appeal with the Court of Appeals
Subsequently, the State Bar found Jimmy the Loser guilty of the aforementioned misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits in Virginia punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
This so-called punishment only further proves that the Virginia State Bar is primarily interested in fronting for Attorney Misfits rather than protecting the public from certified losers like Jimmy.
 

As we speak Jimmy continues to practice law in Midlothian, Virginia which is suburb of Richmond
