Attorney Karen Holt of England; ethical gremlin

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in serious misconduct
• Misused court computer
• Illegally dismissed case against her daughter at hearing in Southwark Crown Court
• Illegally accessed digital file of criminal case involving her daughter as a witness
• Send email to police, part of which risked being seen as attempt to influence conduct of case involving daughter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Committee punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 218), Karen continues to sit as a Isleworth Crown Court Judge at 36 Ridgeway Road in Isleworth, United Kingdom.
