Attorney Brian Michaels of Eugene, OR; moronic loser

The State of Oregon presented Brian L. Michaels with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to maintain client funds in attorney trust account
• Failed to properly account for client funds
• Failed to act properly in representation of client’s medical malpractice case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2019) Brian practices at 259 East 5th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon.
