Attorney James O’Brien of Cincinnati; moronic loser

The state of Ohio presented James Francis O’Brien with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Washington University School of Law.

The Cincinnati Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled nine (9) client legal matters
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jimmy!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on the lawyer's fitness to practice law
  • Handled a legal matter that he is not competent to handle (moron)
  • Neglected an entrusted legal matter
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Handled a legal matter without adequate preparation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Jimmy practices at 9555 Plainfield Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
