Attorney Jason Sarver of Columbus, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio provided Jason A. Sarver with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Had sex with a court-appointed client
• Trespassed onto his neighbor’s property to use a hot tub
• Lied about his actions to the presiding judge
• After being appointed to represent a woman, Jason met with her at a Columbus restaurant and talked over drinks and then had sex with her in his vehicle in the restaurant’s parking lot
• While having sex with a court-appointed client, Jason filed a petition to run for the position of Hocking Country prosecuting attorney
• When questioned by the judge presiding over the women’s criminal case about his relationship with her, Jason lied to the judge on at least two occasions that he was involved in a relationship with her
• Jason had sex at least seven times in four months with court-appointed defendant
• Jason charged with two counts of sexual battery for knowingly coercing another person to engage in sexual conduct
• Via a plea agreement, sexual battery charges dismissed, and Jason pled guilty to three misdemeanor counts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Jason will resume his practice at 90 North Nelson Road in Columbus, Ohio in May 2019 when his license will be reinstated.
