Attorney Frank Hardee III of Kaplan, LA; drunken convict

The state of Louisiana presented Frank Stanton Hardee III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled no contest to multiple misdemeanors arising from alcohol-related offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Frankie practices at 401 East Veterans Memorial Drive in Kaplan, Louisiana.
