Attorney Linda Stadler of Mandeville, LA; drunken convict

The state of Louisiana presented Linda Louise Stadler with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to two (2) offenses of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Linda.
