Former Judge Marie Lyons of Longmeadow, MA; moronic loser

The State of Massachusetts provided Marie E. Lyons with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.

The Massachusetts Judicial Commission found Marie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in patterns of recurrent misconduct
• Repeatedly violated due process rights of defendants by refusing to allow them to be heard according to the law
• Failed to maintain competence in the law (moron)
• Failed to be faithful to the law while performing her judicial duties
• Failed to conduct herself in patient and dignified manner when dealing with litigants and others who were unfortunate to have been required to appear in her so-called court
• Entered orders that were contrary to or in contravention of the law
• Refused to consider or rule on matters pending before her
• Failed to follow Domestic Abuse Guidelines

As a direct consequence of her conduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Marie by gifting her with a complimentary three-month suspension from the bench without pay.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Marie practices law at 14 Wendover Road in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
