Judge Fred Buck of San Angelo, TX; moronic loser

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Failed to provide defendant with sufficient notice of contempt hearing (due process violation)
• In notice of contempt, failed to follow the law in advising the defendant when, how, and by what means the defendant has been guilty of contempt
• Failed to determine whether the defendant was indigent and needed court-appointed counsel
• Show cause order failed to comply with Texas law

As a direct consequence of his conduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary Public Warning and an Order of Additional Education.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Freddy continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3, San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas.
