Attorney Brian Salwowski  of Indianapolis; ethical gnome

The state of Indiana provided Brian David Salwowski with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate to a client the basis or rate of the his fee
  • Pursued a frivolous action that had no merit
  • Failed to assure non-lawyer staff’s conduct compatible with his professional obligations
  • Failed to provide written contingent fee agreement to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Brian practices at 2510 East 25th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
