Attorney Rostyslav Saciuk of Schaumburg, IL; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Rostyslav Saciuk with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Rostyslav guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] $23,000 in client and third-party funds while handling personal injury cases
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Rostyslav by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else Davey was never criminally charged with fraud or grand theft.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Rostyslav practices with Langfitt Law LLC at 1320 Schaumburg, Illinois.
