Attorney Stephen Colella of North Andover, MA; perjurer, loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Stephen P. Colella with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Steve guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made a materially false statement to a tribunal
• Signed client’s name to affidavit under penalties of perjury
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflects upon fitness to practice law

As one would suspect, this isn’t Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Stevie practices with the Law Offices of Stephen P. Colella at 65A Flagship Drive in , Massachusetts.
