Attorney Bethany Stanziano-Sparks of Columbia, KY; slacker, loser

The state of Kentucky presented Bethany L. Stanziano-Sparks with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Beth guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Beth by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
