Attorney Samuel Concemi of Andover, MA; serial felon

The state of Massachusetts presented Samuel J. Concemi with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Found guilty of on thirty-five count felony indictment charging him with conspiracy to defraud Commercial Federal Savings Bank
  • Specifically found guilty of seventeen counts of bank fraud
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Specifically found guilty of seventeen counts of making false statements to a federally insured bank
  • Sentenced to thirty-six months incarceration followed by two years of supervised release
  • Ordered to pay restitution of $16,460 and a $6,000 fine

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Stevie by ordering his disbarment with the caveat that he could apply for reinstatement at a later date.

Unbelievably, the comedians on the Board of Bar Overseers voted unanimously to reinstate Sammy’s law license after a mere three (3) years.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Sammy practices at 101 Central Street in Andover, Massachusetts.
