Attorney Tristram Buckley of Beverly Hills, CA; scamming loser

The state of California provided Tristram Thomas Buckley with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Tristram guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Intentionally failed to comply with a court order
  • Filed meritless and frivolous pleadings designed to increase litigation costs
  • Failed to report he was sanctioned $4,100 by trial court
  • Failed to maintain proper respect for the courts
  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Tristram by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Tristram practices at 426 South Rexford Drive in Beverley Hills, California.
