Attorney Lauren Chaikin of La Jolla, CA; convicted batterer, repeater

The state of California provided Lauren Nicole Chaikin with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from California Western University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Tristram guilty of the following misconduct.

Lauren’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Misconduct physically harmed victim who’s nose was bloodied by Lauren
• Charged with two counts of battery
• Pled guilty to one count of disorderly conduct, public intoxication

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Lauren by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.

Lauren’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to contact probation office re: prior misconduct
• Failed to timely file proof of taking mandatory ethics classes

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Lauren by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Lauren practices at 4275 Executive Square in La Jolla, California.
