Attorney Donald Calabria of Encino, CA; thieving idiot

The state of California provided Donald John Calabria with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills. San Fernando is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or Stanford.

The State Bar Court has charged Donnie with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Intentionally, recklessly and repeatedly failed to provide competent services (idiot)
• Failed to respond to numerous client inquiries
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in matter
• Failed to refund $18,000 in unearned fees to multiple clients(thief)
• Failed to render accounting of client funds
• Accepted fees from non-client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Donnie for his egregious misconduct as aforementioned. At worst he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand or a 30-day suspension of his law license.
