Attorney Jimmy Swinder of Los Angeles; thieving idiot

The state of California provided Jimmy Swinder with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Cooley is ranked as one of the worst if not the worst law school in the nation. Proof of this is the fact that Donald Trump’s longtime lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen is a graduate of Cooley.

The State Bar Court has charged Jimmy with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to render accountings of client funds
• Intentionally, recklessly and repeatedly failed to provide competent services (idiot)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jimmy!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law in Mississippi
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
• Improperly withdrew from client representation
• Failed to respond to numerous client inquiries
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in matter
• Accepted an illegal advance fee re: mortgage loan modification matter
• Aided nonlawyer in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in illegal practice of law in Utah
• Failed to release client file upon termination

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jimmy for his egregious misconduct as aforementioned. At worst he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand or a 30-day suspension of his law license.
