Attorney William Reiland of Visalia, CA; serial scofflaw

The state of California provided William L. Reiland with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the San Joaquin College of Law. San Joaquin is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or UCLA.

The California State Bar Court found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Appeared in court on 23 occasions while on suspension for failure to pay license fees
• Held himself out as able to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
