Solicitor Jodi Dingwall of Queensland, Australia; lying slacker

The Law Society presented Jodi Leigh Dingwall with a law license in 2007.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Jodi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to prosecute three client matters
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Made false representations about status of client matters
• Removed false representations from client files to reflect progress in said matters

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jodi by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 penalty.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Jodi practices with KLP Family Law Pty Ltd  at 111 Charters Towers Road Townsville 4810 in Queensland, Australia
