Solicitor Robert Gould of Queensland, Australia; lying slacker

The Law Society presented Robert John Gould with a law license in 2007.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Misled his client [lied]
• Knowingly misled [lied] to Law Society (Screw you, said Bobby!)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to maintain standards of competence (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $6,000 penalty.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bobby practices  with HSH Lawyers at 14 Duporth Avenue,  Maroochydore, Queensland, Australia
