Solicitor Michael Graham of Queensland, Australia; cheating loser

The Law Society presented Michael Anthony Graham with a law license in 1990.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Forged documents purporting to be sales receipt signed by of one of the partners of the firm at which he was employed
• Knowingly and fraudulently uttered a false document purporting to be a sales receipt signed by another person
• Purchased $103.70 of alcohol from a hotel in the name of his law firm without authority to so act

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a $6,000 penalty.
