Attorney Brett Whipple of Las Vegas, NV; scamming slacker

The state of Arizona presented Edward Maldonado with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from University of Arizona School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed custody relation motion containing numerous inaccuracies
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to assure paralegal’s conduct conformed with Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
