Attorney Thomas McCarty of Cleveland, OH; deceitful loser

The state of Ohio presented Thomas Michael McCarty with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from University of Akron School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was campaigning for a position as a Summit County Common Pleas Judge in Akron.

In his zeal to dupe the voters in Summit County into electing him as a Common Pleas Judge, Tommy used campaign T-Shirts and yard signs with the name “judge” in large lettering. In between, the word “for” was printed in a much smaller font thereby giving the false impression that he was an incumbent judge who was merely seeing to be reelected.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary $1,200 fine.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Tommy is employed as an Assistant State Attorney General at 615 West Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
