Attorney Jerry Bishop II of Toledo, OH; greedy loser

The state of Ohio provided Jerry James Bishop II with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper solicitation of a gift from a client
• Caused husband and wife to name his wife and son’s boy scout troop as beneficiaries to the client’s joint annuity

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jerry by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
