Attorney Keith Vanderburg of Cleveland, OH; cheating loser

The state of Ohio provided Keith Allan Vanderburg with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Valparaiso University College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Applied 13 credits against $28,182 fees owed by a client and used said misappropriated [stolen] funds to pay for products he purchases for his own person use

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Keith by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
