Attorney Christian Domis of Cincinnati, OH; idiotic slacker

The state of Ohio provided Christian Brian Domis with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Capitol University College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Christian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to appear at court-ordered status conference on client’s behalf
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in unlicensed jurisdiction
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker!)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order (Up yours, said Christian!)
• Failed to advise client he wasn’t covered by malpractice insurance

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Christian by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
